We are taking beef orders for 2025.  We butcher every month – January, February, March and April.  Then we plan to butcher again in September.  Our beef is all grass fed and finished.  Our beef is USDA certified.  It comes frozen, shrink wrapped, weighed and labeled.  Typically there are 3 banana sized boxes of beef per quarter.  Quarters weigh from 160 – 200 lbs hanging weight.  Give us a call or send an email to get your name on our beef list.  We require a $150 deposit to confirm your quarter.  We’d love to have you as a customer.
