Farm Fresh Local Beef and Pork Products

Sunset Valley Farms, LLC. provides farm fresh local beef and pork products to consumers in Connecticut, Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Our beef and pork are feed a high quality diet, yielding flavorful and healthful local meat products.

Grass – fed beef

Our beef are Grass fed year round from our own lush pastures. Healthy grass and hay fed beef from Sunset Valley Farms yields the tastiest and most healthful beef around. We bring natural, fresh, healthful hormone free beef products from our Farm to your table. Please contact us if you are interested in purchasing a 1/4 beef.  We butcher locally at a USDA approved butcher shop. The beef will be cut, shrink wrapped, weighed, labeled and frozen when you pick it up.  A quarter of beef fills 3 – 4 banana boxes, depending upon the size of the cow.

Cuts:  Ground Beef (1 lb packages), Rib Eye, Porterhouse, T-Bone, Delmonico, Sirloin Steaks, Top and Bottom Round Roasts, Kabob meat, Stew meat, Flap meat, brisket and a few other miscellaneous cuts, depending on the cow.  We also offer you marrow bones, soup bones and any organ meat that you like.  Please note, each butchering may have some variation of the above cut list.

Fresh pork

Sunset Valley Farm pigs taste better because they are fed fruits, veggies, food scraps and grain. As with our beef, a high quality diet yields meat with great flavor. We only want the best for our customers!  Please contact us if you are interested in purchasing a 1/2 pig butchered at a local butcher and smoked only by the best!

Cuts: Pork shoulder, picnic and loin roasts, pork chops, tenderloin, ribs, shoulder steaks, ham, ham steak, bacon and ground pork.  Please note, there may be a variation to the listed cuts, depending on the size of the pig.
