We will be taking 6 of our 12 pigs to the butcher today, September 24. The next 6 will go next Thursday. It takes a couple of weeks to smoke the hams and bacon, so the pork will be ready mid – October.
We still have pork available for purchase! Please let us know if you want some fresh, locally grown pork! We have happy pigs and treat them well. They range in weight from about 175-300 lbs, depending on the pig. We are anxious to get their actual weights from the butcher!
